What to know when working with a Recruitment Organization

Our team of recruitment professionals will work with you to examine your talent needs, both now and in the future, and identify potential recruitment solutions. Whether you want to find a full-time employee, a contract professional, or a combination of the two, we have you covered. Contact us to start the conversation.

In the spirit of partnership, there is no cost to discuss your recruitment requirements with our team. We want to ensure our solutions are tailored to your unique needs. In fact, most of our services offer a no-risk guarantee — there is no charge unless you decide to hire one of our candidates. If the hired candidate doesn’t work out within our guaranteed period, we’ll do the search again for free.

Our team has established networks and proven strategies to engage top talent, quickly and efficiently — including people not actively looking to make a career move. Leveraging workforce and market intelligence, industry knowledge, our extensive database of candidates, and proven research and recruitment strategies, we will connect you with the right talent for even the most hard-to-fill roles.

Our team has applied our proven approaches to a vast array of roles in nearly every industry and a wide array of functions across public, private, academic, and not-for-profit sectors. We have developed extensive expertise and networks within eight areas of specialization.

Meridia leverages established networks and databases of pre-qualified candidates to connect your organization with top talent quickly. While the exact timeline may vary depending on the specific role requirements, we work with you to create a recruitment strategy to connect you with the best fit candidate, then we go to work immediately to present you with a short list of qualified professionals

The two most common approaches to recruitment for executive roles are retained search and contingency recruitment.

Retained search is ideal for senior roles which require a rigorous search process and a consultative approach to mitigate risk. A retained search for an executive role is led by a senior partner and typically includes extensive research, formal stakeholder meetings, facilitation of search committee discussions, executive briefs and advertising programs, partner-led interviews, formal candidate presentation, offer negotiation, psychometric assessments, and reference checks all within a retained fee.

Organizations that wish to hire a senior executive through a streamlined process that does not require the same level of consultation, stakeholder engagement, or extensive research may wish to opt for a contingency recruitment process where the fee for service is contingent upon success.

Meridia works with our colleagues at KBRS  to offer both services to our clients. Contact Kevin Stoddart to learn more about these approaches and which will best serve your needs.
