As President and Managing Partner, Kevin draws on extensive senior experience to support the talent needs of both our organization and our clients.

Kevin contributes to the firm-wide leadership of KBRS, including the growth of Meridia, the firm’s contingency recruitment company which has grown to a team of more than 25 professionals. Meridia focuses on quickly connecting organizations throughout Canada and the United States with top talent in professional, leadership, and technical roles.

Over the past 25 years, Kevin has led hundreds of search assignments across various sectors. His deep knowledge and experience enable him to help clients evaluate talent needs and identify hard-to-find candidates for challenging roles, establishing him as a trusted recruitment practitioner and talent advisor.

Kevin is an active community leader, having served with many impactful not-for-profit organizations.
