With a strong background in customer service and administrative support, Lottie brings experience from fast-paced, people-focused environments. She brings a collaborative, people‑first approach to her work and enjoys supporting both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. She is also eager to continue deepening her knowledge of the AEC industry.

She is a recent graduate of Dalhousie University, where she completed a Bachelors of Science with a double major in Biology, and Environment, Society and Sustainability.
