Her approach is informed by more than eight years of recruitment experience in an academic environment and extensive customer service experience.

Abbey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University. In addition to her role at Meridia and KBRS, Abbey is passionate about the advancement of women in sport. In her spare time, Abbey is an assistant coach with MSVU’s Women’s Soccer program and participated in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association’s Female Apprenticeship Program.
