Meridia Recruitment Welcomes Cory Olton, Senior Consultant

Toronto, Thursday, November 2, 2023 – Meridia Recruitment Solutions is pleased to announce Cory Olton has joined our team in Toronto as Senior Consultant, leading our recruitment efforts for manufacturing, supply chain and operations in Ontario. 

A skilled recruitment professional, Cory draws on over 20 years of experience as an operational leader in the manufacturing industry to create ideal matches between candidates and clients. Cory is a high-impact team builder and a continuous improvement champion, and this experience has shaped his approach to recruitment. He is focused on identifying solutions that help professionals realize their career goals while also enabling organizations to thrive and will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of Meridia in Ontario. 

Cory’s unique perspective is informed by his extensive experience in manufacturing and distribution operations management for national organizations across a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, rubber and plastic fabrication, CPG, and food service.  

Cory earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Engineering) from Toronto Metropolitan University and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. As a part of the team at Meridia and KBRS, Cory will work alongside over 70 professionals committed to the recruitment and development of talented contributors across Canada.
