Position Details


• Control and analysis of financial project reporting
• Assist Project Managers in tracking cost estimates in the projects
• Responsible for Project Master File on Assigned Projects in ERP system (UBW/Agresso)
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of assigned projects
• Perform cost analysis and advise project leaders on cost over-runs in a timely manner so corrective actions can be taken
• Revise project cost estimates at the end of every reporting period
• Ownership and contribution to the development of the cost control function, routines and procedures within the financial and operational functions within DOF Subsea
• Other relevant duties/task as assigned by Project Managers, Finance Manager or General Manager

 

Key Qualifications and Experience


• University degree in Business administration or Finance
• 3-5 years’ experience in a related position, preferably in the energy and offshore marine environment industry
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Process oriented focus with attention to detail
• Team oriented and flexible
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours to meet deadlines when required
