We are seeking a proactive, independent thinker to join our finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and has experience integrating acquisitions. As a Senior Financial Analyst at Right Traffic and related group of companies you are responsible for completing, assisting in and leading various aspects of the financial planning and analysis processes on a day-to-day basis. This project based FP&A position reports directly to the Manager FP&A, and will be responsible for analyzing the company’s historical performance, building forecasts, and assisting leadership across many different growth objectives.
Job Duties:
  • Lead subsidiary company(s) financial forecasting, reporting, and operational KPI framework, ensuring reliable insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Own the financial modeling process, transforming complex data into actionable scenarios and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Drive in‑depth analysis of historical performance, leading variance reviews, identifying trends, and implementing improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Oversee collaboration with the accounting team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment in all financial reporting deliverables.
  • Champion the cost analysis function by establishing, maintaining, and enforcing policies, controls, and analytical standards.
  • Direct the preparation of quarterly financial reporting packages, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and executive‑level relevance.
  • Increase organizational efficiency by designing, developing, and rolling out automated reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Department Leaders, providing proactive, data‑driven insights to support operational and financial decisions.
  • Lead and execute high‑impact FP&A initiatives, including ad hoc analyses and strategic projects aligned with the responsibilities of a Senior Financial Analyst.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or equivalent field
  • CPA (or working towards) would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable initiating conversations to resolve issues and accelerate decision making and problem solving. 
  • Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating cross‑functional relationships and driving buy-in from the business
  • Proven experience integrating acquisitions and similar enterprise-wide projects
  • Strong operational knowledge and business acumen
  • Naturally curious, agile, and hands-on, with a proactive approach
  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles is a must
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics in a large, complex organization
  • Self starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • Experience working with ERP and planning software
