  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting to senior management.
  • Oversee construction-related accounting and shared resource billings within the group of companies, as well as review commercial leasing activity, including CAM reconciliations and tenant recoveries.
  • Coordinate audits, reviews, and year-end working papers, and act as a key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial partners.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of financial systems, policies, procedures, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to provide financial analysis and insights that support informed business and investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • CPA designation (or near completion).
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people leadership, within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
