Meridia Recruitment Solutions is in search of a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team, based in our St. John’s location.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings across various platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
- Help screen resumes and maintain applicant tracking systems.
- Support onboarding activities including document collection and orientation prep.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee general office operations including supplies and equipment coordination.
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and correspondence.
- Support meeting logistics, including room bookings and materials preparation.
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, welcoming, and efficient.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success.
- A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- A natural team player who enjoys collaborating with others and supporting shared goals.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to different areas of the business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Mentorship and hands-on experience in HR and office operations.
- Exposure to recruitment processes and organizational culture-building.
