About the Role
We’re hiring a talented and motivated creative professional to take the lead on design across two purpose-driven brands: Martha Adams Media (MAM) and TIER One Planning. This role is an exciting opportunity to express your creativity, lead visual execution, and play a key role in the connection between two aligned brands—one rooted in financial education and media, and the other in elite financial planning and advisory services.
You’ll work directly with Martha Adams and Morgan Adams, helping translate brand vision, message, and essence into compelling visuals across print, digital, video, and web. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, brings ideas to life independently, and is passionate about creating meaningful and visually engaging work.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with Martha Adams and Morgan Adams, helping translate brand vision, message, and essence into compelling visuals across print, digital, video, and web. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, brings ideas to life independently, and is passionate about creating meaningful and visually engaging work.
Responsibilities
- Connect the brand story, voice, and essence of both MAM and TIER One and express them through thoughtful, aligned design
- Design digital and print assets, including reports, presentations, event materials, and branded documents
- Create and maintain website content and design (Squarespace)
- Edit and upload video content for social media and digital platforms
- Lead social media creative execution, including posts, platform integration, and digital campaigns
- Design digital advertisements and promotional assets
- Develop and execute newsletters and email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or equivalent)
- Oversee the execution, organization, and distribution of all digital assets
- Ensure consistency of brand standards across all platforms and content
- 5–10+ years in a creative or design-focused role
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, on-brand creative work
- Expertise in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Canva
- Mailchimp (or similar email marketing tools)
- Squarespace
- Later (or comparable social media scheduling tools)
- Strong visual storytelling ability; experience in media or brand storytelling is a strong asset
- Deep attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every deliverable
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Eager to learn and grow with the brands
- Strong personal work ethic and initiative
- Alignment with the mission of helping others elevate their financial voice and journey
