Job Summary
Meridia Recruitment has partnered with Ti Foods a leading distributor of Asian grocery items to the Canadian marketplace, providing a vehicle and distribution channels to the brands you love. Under the direction of the Director Ethnic Sales and Marketing, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service and support to owner operators, and small to medium businesses that would fall outside of enterprise corporate contracts. The Inside Sales Representative provides customer service through telephone and email communication, completing sales through the SAP portal and partnering with clients and internal team members.
The Inside Sales Representative must possess strong communication and writing skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English and be able to multi-task, completing tasks on time with a high attention to detail and quality.

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated written and verbal skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Experience in customer service and customer communications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel).
- Experience in consumer products and inside sales is considered an asset.
- Experience with SAP is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to complete tasks on a deadline and complete multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to work in a team environment and as an individual.
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment while paying attention to detail and producing quality work.
