We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have progressive finance experience, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. You will play a critical role in data and performance analysis, financial dashboard development and reporting, with a strong focus on data integrity and process automation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have progressive finance experience, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. You will play a critical role in data and performance analysis, financial dashboard development and reporting, with a strong focus on data integrity and process automation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Build, develop and analyze financial data with an eye on financial KPI’s, trends, outliers, and summary reports for management
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, cost and margin analysis, as well as sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from ERP systems to support decision-making.
- Automate and streamline financial reporting and data analysis using Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP tools.
- Prepare financial presentations and dashboards for leadership review.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA).
- Strong, hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is a must.
- Strong understanding of financial KPI’s in manufacturing and real estate would be an asset.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
