Now, during a period of growth, we are partnering with OMG looking to bring a Bilingual (English/French) Wealth Associate to their team in Moncton. 


Responsibilities will include: 
 
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Client communication.
  • Advisor practice management including workflow, scheduling, and prioritization.
  • Manage & process all areas of client service: Annual Review preparation, Deposits and withdrawals, buying/selling etc.
  • Manage & process all areas of wealth account opening cycle, client updates and life insurance application cycle.
  • Reception back up.

The ideal candidate will possess:
 
  • 5+ years of progressive work experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, wealth, banking, and/or administration.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) & Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) (Licensed IR or RR) required.
  • Dynamics 365.
  • WME and Life Insurance experience considered strong assets.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel – advanced).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Professionalism when responding to client service inquiries and can confidently interact with other professionals such as accountants and lawyers.
