Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead commercial litigation cases from inception to trial.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
- Conduct trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff.
- Contribute to business development efforts and enhance the firm’s presence in the legal community.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years including substantial trial experience in commercial litigation.
- Proven track record of managing complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
