  • Participate in the development and updating of the project schedule; create and manage short term look ahead schedules to ensure alignment of overall schedule and milestones;
  • In collaboration with the Project Manager, ensure all documentation is properly completed, updated, documented, and submitted through the appropriate channels (i.e., Procore);
  • Ensure that on-site crew members are adhering to safety policies and regulations, leading by example and providing training to team members as needed;
  • Manage site logistics, ensuring that materials, supplies, and equipment are readily available as needed;
  • Conduct regular site inspections to mitigate any hazards;
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to assist with resolving any on-site issues that may impact the project schedule and/or budget;
  • Foster effective communication and positive morale between on-site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Your Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you have supported on-site coordination for all stages of a construction project and are familiar with a wide range of trades and subcontractors.
