Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered up with an established entrepreneurial firm seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to join their growing team.
This role involves managing multiple projects, developing and executing marketing campaigns across all platforms, and working closely with senior management and vendors. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential.
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute traditional and digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage multiple marketing campaigns and maintain schedules.
• Oversee the company's digital presence, including websites, social media, and Google business profiles.
• Monitor website metrics and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
• Handle ad hoc projects such as brochures, reports, newsletters, videos, signage, and social media campaigns.
• Liaise with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all product lines.
• Collaborate with property management, private equity, debt, construction, and real estate teams.
• Manage external-facing projects with attention to detail and effective process management.
Your Requirements:
• Post-secondary education.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience across traditional and digital platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office and graphic design software.
• Strong experience with social media platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
