Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Manager, you will:
Lead and Supervise: Oversee production teams to ensure seamless operations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop Employees: Coach, train, and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
Drive Production & Quality: Manage production schedules, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and productivity.
Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety programs.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory role in food manufacturing or a production environment.
Knowledge: Expertise in HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, engage, and lead teams effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Continuous Improvement Expertise: Understanding of lean manufacturing and process optimization methodologies.
Adaptability: Availability to work shift work, including 8-12 hour shifts, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Sharp decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
