On their behalf, Meridia Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager to step into a key and dynamic position at the forefront of the organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this key role will provide support in managing day-to-day operations, assist with strategic projects, and ensure that the company's operations continue to run seamlessly as the business grows.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operations Support: Serve as an extension of leadership, supporting the efficient execution of organizational objectives. This includes overseeing daily operational tasks, conducting industry research, and assisting with presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Lead and support special projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards; assist in the preparation of board presentations and operational reports.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop internal reports and track operational performance to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Organize and manage important company documents ensuring smooth and efficient processing. Stay current with industry trends and developments and assist with applying this knowledge to strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise across the organization to foster collaboration and cohesiveness across departments. Champion company goals,  promote internal alignment, help organize team-building activities, and work with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer & Supplier Relations: Support the coordination of important client meetings, including market presentations and logistics for key client interactions.
  • Executive Operations: Streamline key operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and effective communication across departments. This role supports the Director in optimizing operational efficiency, allowing focus on high-level strategic priorities.
Who You Are:

You have 3+ years experience and a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred. With a well-rounded understanding of business operations, you are highly adaptable, excelling at both strategic planning and managing daily tasks. Organized and results-oriented, you thrive in managing multiple priorities, ensuring smooth operations, and solving problems efficiently. A natural collaborator, you communicate effectively across all levels and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive success.
