Role Description:
Reporting to the Head of HR Data & Insights, this role will provide support in analyzing HR data, generating reports, and delivering insights that will help drive data-informed decisions. The Data Analyst, Human Reources will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience, improve HR processes, and contribute to overall organizational goals.

Role Description:
Reporting to the Head of HR Data & Insights, this role will provide support in analyzing HR data, generating reports, and delivering insights that will help drive data-informed decisions. The Data Analyst, Human Reources will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance employee experience, improve HR processes, and contribute to overall organizational goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data, including employee demographics, performance metrics, engagement survey results, and turnover statistics
- Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in data that support HR strategy and decision-making
- Participate in data validation processes and troubleshoot discrepancies as needed
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting as needed for HR technology projects
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports to provide insights as requested
- Conduct salary and benefits research ensure market competitiveness and recommend changes to compensation plans
- Assist with the management of the company equity program and share purchase program
- Participate in internal and external HR Audit including collection of materials and liaising with necessary stakeholders
- Completion of annual salary surveys across operating jurisdictions
- A degree or diploma in a relevant area with a minimum of 2-4 years’ data analytics experience or at least 5 years’ relevant work experience; exposure to HR analytics is a plus
- Strong technical and computer skills (MS Office including expert level Excel skills prior experience with an HRIS systems would be an asset)
- Comfort with finance concepts and technology would be considered an asset
- Proven ability to identify problems, analyze solutions, and make decisions based on data insights
- Solid time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Extreme attention to detail, specifically in data verification and cross-referencing complex information
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both in written and verbal format, including conveying data insights to non-technical stakeholders
