Prosaris is entering a pivotal growth phase backed by a robust portfolio of innovative solutions and a proven track record of success with Fortune 500 clients and is strategically expanding its sales team to accelerate market penetration and capture untapped opportunities. 

About the role: 

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and as a key member of the sales team, you will take ownership of one or more industry sectors which will form the foundation of your focus, supported by a consistent pipeline of hundreds of leads per month. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales across the complete portfolio of Prosaris solutions, including hardware products, software offerings, and accessories. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding market reach and ensuring clients benefit from the full value of Prosaris.

While head office is based in Bedford, Nova Scotia, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely without the need for relocation. Some travel within Canada and the US will be required. 

As the ideal candidate, you are:  

  • A results-driven sales professional with a track record of success in managing and growing a diverse client portfolio across multiple geographies. Experience in B2B sales, particularly within an industrial setting, is considered a strong asset
  • Known to dive deep into your product or service line and are highly skilled at using that expertise to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A natural problem solver, with a keen eye for identifying client needs and tailoring solutions that deliver measurable value to their particular situation
  • An exceptional communicator with strong negotiation skills, coupled with an ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline efficiently
  • Comfortable with outreach and committed to learning
