Martha Adams is a Certified Financial Planner and Financial Educator, speaker, and international best-selling author of Cleopatra's Riches: How to Earn, Grow, and Enjoy Your Money to Enrich Your Life. With 2 decades of expertise and knowledge, Martha is dedicated to helping her clients plan and achieve their financial goals, and passionate about finding everyone’s ability to create long-lasting financial change by looking at the missing piece – an emotional connection to your personal money story.
Martha is looking for a marketing professional to join her in her efforts to help people overcome financial challenges by understanding their emotional associations with money. The Marketing Manager will connect with the voice of Martha’s brand, amplify the brand message by increasing awareness, and convert brand awareness to impact. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and rolling out the digital marketing arm of Martha Adams Media to promote Martha’s various engagements (ie. books, speaking engagements, podcast, guest TV and podcast appearances) across various channels.

What You’ll be Doing:
Connecting with the Voice of the Brand: Understanding Martha’s mission and purpose, finding passion in the work that Martha does, wanting to help share and promote her brand
Develop and Implement Systems & Processes:
- Work collaboratively to establish and optimize systems for ongoing marketing, content production, and social media management to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Support the development and rollout of digital systems and infrastructure (e.g., social media, website, digital marketing, and advertising) to promote Martha’s brand, including content and programs like books, podcasts, speaking engagements, and more.
Campaign Creation & Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Martha's personal brand, including her books, podcasts, talk show appearances, speaking engagements, and other public-facing content across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and podcasts, as well as through newsletters.
Social Media Strategy & Content Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, integrating platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, to amplify Martha's thought leadership and enhance audience engagement.
Pipeline Development:
- Build and manage a lead generation pipeline for promotional efforts, ensuring consistent outreach and engagement opportunities with target audiences.
- Post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or Marketing with 5 years’ marketing experience
- Proven success in lead generation and retention marketing
- Track record of successful campaign development and execution with proven success tracking campaign KPI’s
- Capability to translate insights, analytics, and marketing research into creative strategies and programs
- Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, SquareSpace, Survey Software, Social Media, and LinkedIn
- Motivated, professional, enthusiastic, passionate, performance driven
