We’re looking for a Project Architect/ Project Manager to join Pirie Associates growing team.

We’re looking for creative, team-oriented professionals who would like to collaborate in a small scale, mission-driven, multi-disciplinary practice that includes strategy & engagement, urban design, architecture, landscape, and interiors. Dedication to how things are built, and excellent design sensibility are a must, as well as the ability to communicate in a clear and thoughtful manner. We’re open to remote/hybrid work capabilities for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in architecture; professional registration preferred but not required.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural detailing, current construction standards, construction specifications, and building systems.
• Experience with construction administration and project close-out.
• Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
• The ability to successfully navigate the permitting process.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
