Jennifer (Jennie) Massey, PhD
Jennie is a Managing Partner with KBRS and Meridia. She provides oversight to Meridia’s Clinical and Technical Health Care Recruitment practice. A consultative and collaborative leader, her approach to talent attraction is informed by extensive experience across private, public, academic, and health care sectors—both in Canada and internationally.
Her deep understanding of complex organizational environments ensures equitable, inclusive searches that align with client needs and culture. Jennie is committed to helping health care organizations attract the talent they need to achieve their goals.
Previously Associate Vice President at Western University, Jennie led ten departments and managed large portfolios. She also served in leadership roles at Queen’s University, Memorial University, University of Illinois, and Baylor University.
Jennie holds a PhD in Geography, Queen’s University, MA in Geography, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, BA (Hons.), Geography, King’s College London, Executive Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion, Cornell University, Professional Certificates in Business Management & Leadership, Western University.
Jennie contributes to her community as Chair of the Katie Sullivan Instrument Library, serves on the Board of the Shallaway Youth Choir, and supports the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra.
