With a strong focus on relationships and service, Jeff brings over 15 years of experience in progressively senior leadership roles to lead Meridia’s recruitment efforts for sales, marketing, and customer care roles in Atlantic Canada.  

Jeff has extensive experience working with clients to understand their needs and matching them with customized solutions. He has developed and led strong teams for many years and is committed to helping our clients do the same. 

Jeff possesses a strong business acumen and is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University.  

Jeff is an active volunteer in his community, currently serving on the board of directors at Ashburn Golf Club. He also mentor's students yearly in the Edunova Study and Stay Nova Scotia program which helps international students find employment after university so they can stay in NS. 

His personal passions include spending time with his growing family, sports including golfing and skiing, supporting animal welfare and leveraging his network to be a connector for others.
