Mark Gillis promoted to Partner, Meridia

Halifax, NS  - Meridia Recruitment Solutions is pleased to announce that Mark Gillis has been promoted to Partner, leading the company’s recruitment efforts for post-secondary institutions across Canada.

Mark began his career in recruitment 10 years ago as an Executive Recruiter with KBRS. He later transitioned to Meridia to support the organization’s expansion into the United States. After two years as a senior leader with a safety services organization, he returned to spearhead Meridia’s first team solely dedicated to the recruitment needs of academic institutions.  

“Mark is a leader and mentor within the firm, and we are looking forward to many more years of working together,” said Stoddart.  

With a strong sense of duty to community, Mark is the Chair of the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia and a volunteer with Big Brother Big Sisters of Canada. He is also a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University where he served as an executive on the Student’s Union.
