Austin McLennan, CPHR, Promoted to Partner at Meridia Recruitment Solutions

Halifax, NS (September 15, 2025)- Meridia Recruitment Solutions, a KBRS company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Austin McLennan, CPHR to Partner. Since joining Meridia in 2018, Austin has played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s recruitment efforts in Engineering, Construction, Operations and Human Resources.

Over the past seven years, Austin has built a reputation for his client-focused approach and sector expertise. He has earned the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and demonstrated leadership through volunteer involvement with the Construction Association of Nova Scotia, where he has served on the Board, the Emerging Leaders Committee, and currently participates on the Workforce Development Committee. He is also a member of the Professional Development Committee with CPHRNS.
