Our client, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Account Manager. This role offers the chance to work with a company dedicated to helping businesses enhance their brand identity and streamline their processes.


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of diverse clients across different industries. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.


What You Will Do:
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and profile potential clients to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company, fostering sustainable business relationships.
• Demonstrate value creation through metrics such as market share maintenance/growth, quality metrics achievement, and successful management of complex accounts.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate activities across multiple customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment of objectives.
• Collaborate with customer service teams and clients to maintain optimal inventory levels, meeting customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Provide reporting on target account development, including detailed workflow and expenditure management.
• Collaborate with the credit department to maintain timely payments of accounts receivable (A/R) and mitigate bad debt exposure, ensuring financial stability.

 

What You Will Need:
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record and documented success.
• Overall knowledge of sales and marketing to effectively link the company's value proposition and products with clients’ needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong, mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships.
• Broad-based general knowledge, including current events, news, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Background or knowledge in Quality, Design, or Mechanical fields and Project Management will be considered an asset.
