On behalf of White Point Beach Resort, we are currently recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join and lead their food and beverage team and operations located in Hunt's Point, Nova Scotia. The Resort offers conveniently located, resort-owned accommodation available for rent to the successful candidate, just minutes from the property.

White Point Beach Resort is one of Nova Scotia's most iconic oceanfront destinations, welcoming guests year-round for exceptional dining, recreation, and coastal experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who values community and is eager to make an impact while living and working in one of Nova Scotia's most scenic coastal regions. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient management across the front and back of house. You will work closely with the culinary and service teams to deliver high-quality, locally inspired food and drink experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations, including service quality, inventory, and staffing.

· Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and culinary teams while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

· Manage budgets, cost controls, supplier relationships and alignment to brand.

· Collaborate with chefs on menu development and seasonal offerings.

· Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

· Contribute to marketing and guest experience strategies.

· Financial oversight of the department with focus on maximizing revenue and performance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

· Minimum 3 years of food and beverage leadership experience.

· Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

· Experience leading and developing hospitality teams.

· Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance.

· Exceptional guest service and communication skills.

· Experience in resort, hotel, or destination hospitality environments would be considered an asset.
