We are pleased to be partnered with them to bring a part-time Administrative Contractor to their team at their Charlottetown, PE location. This part-time contract role will provide essential administrative support to their fundraising and community impact operations, helping ensure the smooth management of office activities. This role will be between 15 and 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities in this role will include:
 
  • Processing pledge forms and maintaining accurate campaign records
  • Tracking campaign materials and supporting campaign administration
  • Data entry, reporting, and database updates
  • Processing cheques, scanning and maintaining payment records
  • Following up on outstanding lists and administrative requests
  • Tracking contracts, agreements, and payments related to funded agencies and service providers
  • Assisting with submission tracking and reporting
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required

The ideal candidate will have:
 
  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry and record management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
