The Role
Archways is seeking a Registered Psychologist (Child & Adolescent) to join its collaborative and well-established London, Ontario clinic. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage your own practice within a supportive environment that offers a steady referral base, strong administrative support, and access to a multidisciplinary team. You will provide trauma-informed care, including support for PTSD, conduct psychoeducational and psychological assessments, and manage your caseload while contributing to a collaborative model of care. With billing, scheduling, and operational logistics supported by internal teams, you can focus your expertise on delivering exceptional care while growing your practice within a nationally supported network.
Key Areas of Leadership and Oversight
• Clinical Care Delivery: Provide trauma-informed care to children and adolescents, including psychotherapy and PTSD-informed interventions using evidence-based approaches.
• Assessment Services: Conduct psychoeducational and/or psychological assessments, contributing to diagnosis, treatment planning, and client outcomes.
• Caseload Management: Maintain and manage an active caseload with timely documentation, reporting, and high standards of care delivery.
• Collaborative Practice: Participate in clinical consultation and structured clinical rounds, contributing to shared learning and quality improvement.
• Clinic Contribution: Support the growth and excellence of the clinic through collaboration, engagement in team culture, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
While the Search Committee recognizes that no one candidate is likely to meet all qualifications in equal measure, those listed below are desirable and will be used to compare candidates.
• Master’s or PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (or related field)
• Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
• Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Membership with CACBT considered an asset (not required)
• Clinical experience working with children and adolescents
• Experience providing psychotherapy and/or psychological or psychoeducational assessments
• Experience delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT
• Knowledge of assessment practices and case formulation for youth populations
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, treatment-resistant depression, and PTSD treatment
• Experience working in clinical or community mental health environments
• Comfort working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
