Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered with Major Drilling to recruit a Director of Application Development to join their team in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Headquartered in Moncton, but with a global presence, our client maintains field operations and has offices in Canada, the United States, Mexico, South America, Asia, Australia, and Africa. Major Drilling is strongly committed to innovation, safety, and environmental sustainability, always striving to exceed clients' expectations and driving growth within the mining sector.

The Opportunity

Vendor & Consultant Management
  • Own the relationship with external development consultants and partners
  • Define scope, manage delivery quality, and ensure external work meets internal standards
Architecture & Technical Governance
  • Provide hands-on architectural oversight when needed
  • Ensure applications integrate effectively across the enterprise platform ecosystem, including internally developed systems, third-party integrations, and Azure infrastructure
  • Oversee security, compliance, and supportability standards across the application portfolio
Qualifications
