In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships to expand relationships with existing clients, promoting new product offerings, and providing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs to each client and operation.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals in Labrador and Quebec.
- Represent Carol Lake Metal Works to clients as the go-to supplier for mining wear parts and structural components.
- Conduct regular site visits, offer hands-on product support, and deliver exceptional service.
- Identify new opportunities through market research, cold calls, and industry events.
- Perform on-site inspections and provide detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in our ERP system.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outside sales, specifically in heavy equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of GET, cutting edges, structural steel, and other wear items relevant to the heavy equipment mining sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer acquisitions.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach; experience in building and leading sales teams is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and French) is required.
