Role Description:
Reporting to the Director of Renewables, the Project Manager will lead a team of industry professionals in building world-class renewable energy projects throughout the Province of New Brunswick. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive management of project scope, scheduling, and cost management from initial handover through to invoicing and completion, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the onsite project team with full accountability for overall project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring the project meets performance, quality, and safety expectations;
- Collaborate closely with the General Superintendent and on-site superintendent to coordinate all activities of Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resource management;
- Serve as the primary interface with clients, client representatives, and other key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, addressing challenges, and ensuring alignment throughout the project;
- Oversee and promote the safety of all personnel on site, actively supporting the corporate safety program, setting a positive example, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards;
- Attend and actively participate in Job Review and progress meetings, managing critical path scheduling, equipment and manpower requirements, document organization and control, job reports, quality control, RFIs, change orders, contract interpretation, progress claims, and invoicing;
- Develop, maintain, and regularly review up-to-date project progress information, including work-in-progress reports, analysis of job costs, and timely distribution of all necessary documentation to superintendents, foremen, and project coordinators;
- Provide ongoing support to field personnel by identifying and removing obstacles impacting construction progress, assisting owners with change orders, coordinating and resolving technical or contractual issues with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors, and implementing profit improvement strategies to maximize project performance;
- Act as a strong leader and mentor, challenging and inspiring team members to develop professionally, pursuing excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement, suggesting constructive changes, and staying on the forefront of emerging industry practices;

Your qualifications will include:
- 10 years’ experience managing large scale earthworks projects, partially in a Wind Farm construction environment;
- Experience with large scale concrete foundations considered an asset;
- High attention to detail;
- Self-motivated and capable of leading a team of construction professionals;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including client and consultant engagement;
- Skilled in documenting and tracking project progress, change orders, RFIs, and billing processes;
- Utilizes strong organizational and planning skills;
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook).
