Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, this senior role is accountable for shaping and executing the enterprise-wide technology and architecture vision in support of the organization’s transformation agenda and member-centric outcomes. This role requires strategic leadership to ensure that technology investments, platforms, and architectures are tightly aligned with business strategy, regulatory compliance, and evolving member needs, while enabling sustainable growth and operational resilience.

The Senior Enterprise Architect is responsible for leading the modernization of core platforms, enterprise systems, integration frameworks, and underlying infrastructure to support digital transformation and new business capabilities. The position ensures that architecture decisions are grounded in sound enterprise design, leverage contemporary practices and frameworks, and balance innovation with stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. This includes defining target states and roadmaps across business, data, application, and technology domains.

The Senior Enterprise Architect plays a critical role in strengthening governance, cybersecurity, and risk management within the technology landscape for CAA Atlantic. It embeds architectural standards, cybersecurity best practices, and risk-aware design principles into solution development and delivery processes. By proactively identifying architectural risks, dependencies, and technical debt, the role helps protect the organization’s assets, reputation, and regulatory compliance posture.

In addition, the role serves as a key integrator and strategic advisor across the organization, bridging technical teams and business leaders. The position will contribute to driving forward a culture of technology-enabled change & transformation by mentoring teams, promoting agile and DevOps practices, and championing continuous improvement. Through strong communication and collaboration, the position builds shared understanding of technology strategy, secures stakeholder alignment, and enables informed decision-making at the executive level.

Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Enablement
  • Define and drive technology vision that aligns with business objectives and member-centric values.
  • Lead modernization of platforms, enterprise systems, and infrastructure to unlock new business capabilities.
  • Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies, processes, and platforms to maintain competitive advantage and operational excellence.
  • Ensure technology planning incorporates brand, marketing, and business objectives for cohesive, impactful outcomes.
  • Mentor high-performing teams, promote agile and DevOps practices, and encourage continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for technology-driven transformation and growth.
  • Present strategies, roadmaps, and technical assessments to executive audiences, enabling informed decision-making and alignment.  Bridge technical teams and business leaders
Leadership & Business Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of business strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and change management skills.
  • Partners with diverse stakeholders to understand needs, provide architectural guidance, and support decision-making that drives alignment and successful outcomes
Risk & Security Management
  • Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Incorporate cybersecurity best practices into architecture designs.


Qualifications
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree with advanced certifications also considered).
  • Minimum 20 years in technology leadership, specifically in enterprise architecture and governance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, data management languages (SQL, Python, R), and AI/ML deployment.
  • Experience managing large-scale technology portfolios including experience with ERP/CRM platforms
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL, cloud architecture, and project governance.
  • Proficiency in data governance tools, compliance frameworks, and agile delivery models.
  • Advanced interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Operational knowledge of integration platforms and real-time data orchestration.
