Position Scope:
Reporting to the Manager of ERP Systems and Data, the ERP Support Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related inquiries, issues, and change requests. The role supports end users across purchasing, inventory, production, and warehousing, diagnosing system issues, investigating data discrepancies, and contributing to reporting and workflow improvements using Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate.

Position Scope:
Reporting to the Manager of ERP Systems and Data, the ERP Support Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related inquiries, issues, and change requests. The role supports end users across purchasing, inventory, production, and warehousing, diagnosing system issues, investigating data discrepancies, and contributing to reporting and workflow improvements using Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related issues and user questions across key operational areas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in purchasing, inventory, production, and warehousing.
- Investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
- Assist with ERP configuration, testing, and system updates.
- Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
- Provide user guidance and training to strengthen ERP understanding across the organization.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
- Write and modify SQL queries to extract data from ERP databases.
- Build workflow improvements using Power Automate.
- Support the transition of historical workflows from Epicor to ROSS.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Intelligence and Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in ERP support, application support, or a related IT/business systems role.
- Understanding of ERP processes in a manufacturing environment (purchasing, inventory, production, shipping).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work effectively with business users.
- Exposure to SQL or basic database querying.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Power Automate or similar workflow tools.
