Role Description

As Assistant General Manager, you will be at the center of strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll influence the company’s vision, drive performance across multiple business units, and ensure that innovation and efficiency remain at the forefront of every initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

Your Qualifications

You are a strategic thinker and a proven leader who combines business acumen with a passion for innovation. You understand how to balance operational detail with big-picture vision and have the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Your qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (MBA considered an asset).
  • 5–10 years of senior leadership experience with a track record of driving organizational performance.
  • Strong background in project management and construction-related operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and managing complex budgets.
  • Professional designation such as P.Eng, PMP, or equivalent considered an asset.
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Advanced financial acumen and experience presenting results to executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in implementing technology-driven solutions and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
