Your qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (MBA considered an asset).
- 5–10 years of senior leadership experience with a track record of driving organizational performance.
- Strong background in project management and construction-related operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and managing complex budgets.
- Professional designation such as P.Eng, PMP, or equivalent considered an asset.
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Advanced financial acumen and experience presenting results to executive stakeholders.
- Expertise in implementing technology-driven solutions and continuous improvement strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
