The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized professional who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key responsibilities in this role will be to:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and schedule meetings, book travel arrangements, and company events.
- Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and filing systems.
- Assist with project documentation and compliance records.
- Maintaining employee records (health and safety, WCB, etc.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support logistics for equipment shipments and service projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Post-secondary education in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in office administration or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills and ability to handle time sensitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
