Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Advisors in delivering first-class financial planning and strategic wealth management services to clients.
- Managing client reviews, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting materials.
- Facilitating client communication and relationship building.
- Overseeing advisor practice workflow and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Managing and processing all areas of client service, including annual reviews, insurance premiums, wealth transfers, and tax reporting.
- Handling the full wealth account opening cycle, client updates, and life insurance application processes.
- Processing trades and money movements accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the Advisor Team on complex financial situations.
- Preparing investment portfolio reviews and client presentations with guidance from the Advisor.
- Managing day-to-day client requests and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Delivering high-touch, personalized client service with rapid resolution of inquiries.
- Acting as team lead during tax reporting season, liaising with tax professionals and clients to provide necessary documentation and updates.
- Performing other relevant duties as assigned, in alignment with evolving organizational needs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2+ years of progressive work experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, wealth, banking, and/or administration.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
- Registered Representative licensing is preferred, including completion of the Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME).
- Strong administrative background.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications especially Excel and Dynamics 365.
- High performer with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong business acumen.
