Key Responsibilities:
Champion a Safety-First Culture
- Lead the development and implementation of safety programs and best practices to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Build and Optimize Operational Systems
- Oversee and enhance logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance functions to support production goals, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.
Develop Quality Assurance Frameworks
- Design and implement robust QA processes and systems to ensure product consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Process Improvement
- Identify, lead, and execute initiatives that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall performance across departments.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations and build strong, lasting partnerships.
Future-Focused Leadership
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and organizational development, with the potential to transition into broader leadership roles.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is considered a strong asset.
- 5+ years of experience in operational support or leadership roles with financial accountability.
- Experience in modular construction or large-scale process improvement is highly desirable.
- Professional designations in operations or management; Lean Six Sigma or project management certifications are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
