As a Senior Financial Analyst at Right Traffic and related group of companies you are responsible for completing, assisting in and leading various aspects of the financial planning and analysis processes on a day-to-day basis. This project based FP&A position reports directly to the Manager FP&A, and will be responsible for analyzing the company’s historical performance, building forecasts, and assisting leadership across many different growth objectives.

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Right Traffic and related group of companies you are responsible for completing, assisting in and leading various aspects of the financial planning and analysis processes on a day-to-day basis. This project based FP&A position reports directly to the Manager FP&A, and will be responsible for analyzing the company’s historical performance, building forecasts, and assisting leadership across many different growth objectives.
Job Duties:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Assist with preparation of quarterly financial reports
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Support the Department Leaders with data-driven analysis
- Ad hoc FP&A related tasks within the normal scope of a senior financial analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, or equivalent field
- CPA (or working towards) would be highly advantageous
- Proven experience integrating acquisitions and similar enterprise-wide projects
- Strong operational knowledge and business acumen
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles is a must
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics in a large, complex organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Experience working with ERP and planning software
