Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered with BF&M on their search for a Senior HRIS Implementation Specialist to join their team. 

The Senior HRIS Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems. This role partners with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver HR technology solutions that streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and enhance employee experience. Acting as both a subject matter expert and hands-on systems specialist, this position plays a key role in ensuring successful HRIS implementations and ongoing improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Lead the technical configuration and deployment of HRIS platforms  
•    Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system designs.  
•    Configure modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, and Talent Management.  
•    Partner with stakeholders to design process workflows aligned with HR best practices.  
•    Oversee system integrations with payroll, finance, benefits, and third-party applications.  
•    Manage vendor relationships, including scoping, timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution.  
•    Develop test plans, coordinate system testing (unit, integration, UAT), and resolve issues prior to go-live.  
•    Manage data migration, data validation, and system integrations with payroll, finance, and external vendors.  
•    Document system configurations, workflows, and end-user procedures.  
•    Provide training and support to HR staff and end users to drive adoption.  
•    Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.  
•    Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.  
•    Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

•    Post secondary education in Information Systems, Business, or related field  
•    5–7+ years of HRIS experience, with significant hands-on involvement in system implementations.  
•    Deep knowledge of at least one enterprise HRIS (Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.).   
•    Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. 
•    Experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting/analytics tools. 
•    Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills. 
•    Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience working across 
•    HR, IT, and vendor teams. 
•    Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity. 
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and face-paced environment. 
•    SQL, data analysis, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 
•    Experience in change management and user training
