We are excited to partner with them as they are currently seeking a Corporate Controller to join their team! We are open to considering candidates based in regions from Atlantic Canada through to Toronto.
The Senior Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring robust internal controls, and driving process improvements across the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence.

The Senior Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring robust internal controls, and driving process improvements across the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations (bank reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, inventory, and billings).
- Manage the monthly close process and ensure accuracy across balance sheet accounts.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (DSO, DPO, DIO).
- Enhance business processes, accounting policies, and internal controls.
- Lead financial integrations for newly acquired companies.
- Act as Finance Lead for financial system implementations and upgrades.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 10+ accounting professionals.
- CPA designation required.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and ERP systems.
- Experience with acquisition integration and process/system improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
