The Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Communications Specialist to join our collaborative, purpose-driven team. This is a strategic role for a creative thinker who thrives on helping organizations attract exceptional leaders.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Proposal & Pitch Development: Create customized materials that showcase KBRS’s distinctive approach.
  • Leadership Profile Design: Analyze organizational needs to define leadership competencies.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand organizational needs and define leadership competencies.
  • Executive Briefs: Write high-impact candidate briefs that authentically position opportunities.
  • Candidate Assessment: Administer and interpret psychometric tools; integrate insights into evaluations.
  • Onboarding Strategy: Design onboarding plans and support placed leaders in their transition.
  • DEI Integration: Embed equity, diversity, and inclusion principles throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience with qualitative and user experience research methods, gained through graduate studies in social science, psychology, or education, or through relevant professional experience in HR, business, or public administration
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in communications, HR, consulting, or leadership roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strength in qualitative research and thematic analysis
  • Experience with psychometric tools (or willingness to learn)
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
