Key Areas of Responsibility
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Create customized materials that showcase KBRS’s distinctive approach.
- Leadership Profile Design: Analyze organizational needs to define leadership competencies.
- Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand organizational needs and define leadership competencies.
- Executive Briefs: Write high-impact candidate briefs that authentically position opportunities.
- Candidate Assessment: Administer and interpret psychometric tools; integrate insights into evaluations.
- Onboarding Strategy: Design onboarding plans and support placed leaders in their transition.
- DEI Integration: Embed equity, diversity, and inclusion principles throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience with qualitative and user experience research methods, gained through graduate studies in social science, psychology, or education, or through relevant professional experience in HR, business, or public administration
- 5+ years of progressive experience in communications, HR, consulting, or leadership roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strength in qualitative research and thematic analysis
- Experience with psychometric tools (or willingness to learn)
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
