KBRS and Meridia Recruitment Solutions are seeking an Office Coordinator (Contract) to join our Halifax team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting our operations and enhancing the experience of our clients, candidates, and employees.

For over 50 years, KBRS has built a legacy of excellence in recruitment and HR consulting. As Office Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our Halifax office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our teams across regions. You’ll be involved in a variety of areas—from office management and marketing support to event coordination and recruitment administration.

Key Responsibilities  
•    Greet and host guests with professionalism and warmth.
•    Manage reception and general inquiries and coordinate meeting room logistics.
•    Liaise with vendors and building management.
•    Support AV and equipment needs in collaboration with IT and maintain office supplies.
•    Oversee shipping/receiving.
•    Support marketing efforts including, updating email and social media templates, coordinating event tickets and logistics.
•    Provide backup support for data maintenance, corporate services administration and recruitment activities, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess:
•    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•    Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Experience in professional services is an asset.
•    Familiarity with social media and email marketing platforms is a plus.
