Territory Account Manager
Confidential – Transportation Industry

On behalf of our confidential client, an established and growing leader in the transportation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Territory Account Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to oversee and grow customer relationships throughout the Maritimes region. Key responsibilities will include managing key accounts, driving new business, and delivering tailored transportation solutions to clients across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Maritimes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Develop customized transportation solutions based on client needs and operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, dispatch, and executive teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, forecasts, and key account status.


Qualifications: 

As the ideal candidate, you are a driven and dynamic sales professional possessing a minimum of 3-5 related expereince in the transportation industry. Strong knowledge of regional markets within the Maritimes (NS, NB, PEI) will be preferred. As a high-performing sales professional with deep knowledge of transportation solutions and a strong regional network, you are focused on strengthening current client relationships as well as identifying and bringing in new business opportunities. With a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, you are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel throughout the region. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you possess a strong customer service focus and are highly analytical by nature. Relevant post-secondary education along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.
