On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting a Global Sales Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in Canada. 
 
The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding K&R’s international footprint. This role involves frequent international travel to identify and cultivate business opportunities across global markets, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in diverse environments, understands international trade dynamics, and is passionate about connecting products with global customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to regional demands.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand cultural, economic, and competitive landscapes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, expos, and client meetings.
  • Provide post-sale support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications: 

As the ideal candidate, you are a driven sales professional with the ability and willingness to travel extensively internationally to focus on expanding K&R’s global footprint. Proven experience in international sales, export management or international trade regulations will be preferred. With exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, you possess strong business acumen and are highly analytical by nature. Market intelligence gathering, strategic sales planning, along with resilience and adaptability, will be key to success in the role. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools, along with the ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments, is essential. Fluency in English, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field, is required. Multilingual proficiency and/or familiarity with cross-cultural communication will be considered a strong asset.
