Meridia is supporting a large and successful global pipe manufacturer and services business with their search for a Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Mitigate opportunities for failures across production processes by ensuring issues are diagnosed and corrected to ensure equipment and overall line availability and reliability are maximized.
- Perform general inspections on equipment.
- Support Sr. Supervisors with preventive maintenance tasks and failure analyses.
- Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents and share observations, perform inspections, and participate in the investigation process.
- Manage and update the maintenance information system and technical documentation.
- Participate in maintenance initiatives to reduce the use of energy.
- Analyze, interpret, and recommend courses of action for more complex topics.
- Lead team members during their assigned shifts, coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure safe working conditions.
- Motivate, coach, and effectively communicate with your team and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Min. of 3 years of similar industry experience.
- Mechatronics and/or electrical specialization.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
- Intermediate experience with MS Office applications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and high ability to problem solve.
Salary: $90K-$105K
