Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered up with Resolute Health, Canada’s largest privately-owned obstructive sleep apnea treatment group to recruit a Director, Business Development to join their team in British Columbia.


Role Description:

 

• Reporting into the Vice President, Sales and Business Development
• The Director will be accountable to build, manage and motivate a value-focused regional sales team and manage the team to target objectives
• Identify and develop market diversification opportunities
• Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Build/Maintain strong relationships with Physician referral partners
• The Director will support Resolute Health’s family of clinic brands throughout the British Columbia region, including Coastal Sleep, Clinical Sleep Solutions, Island CPAP and Oxylife.
• The Director's proven track record of success is a direct result of the stakeholder centric approach to healthcare business development and ability to build long lasting, value-based relationships.
• The Director's team will become the ‘go-to’ resource for Physicians and stakeholders when they have patients who need assessment and treatment for obstructive sleep apnea.
• The Director is self-motivated, proactive, and a skilled communicator and educator.
• This role will also work closely with our client's clinic operations team to provide a seamless, coordinated and consistently exceptional patient experience. An exceptional patient experience is how our client provides value to Physicians as a health care partner. They operate on a philosophy of continuous evaluation and improvement of their physician and patient service delivery models. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and actioning opportunities for improvement in these areas.

 

Your Requirements:

 

• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role with a background in healthcare business development or similar education and experience.
• Understand how patients and Physicians navigate the health care system and use these insights to build relationships within the medical community to promote the brand and grow the business.
• An exceptional communicator, you know the value of listening and can build lasting value-based relationships.
• You are self-driven to meet defined KPIs which will be focused equally on growth and stakeholder experience.
