As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work with a dynamic executive search team recognized for their commitment to the success of these sectors and their leaders. You have direct involvement with and will be responsible for conducting candidate research and coordinating deliverables for the team and our clients. Every day will be a juggling act that requires organization, tenacity and creativity.

You will conduct internal and external research to identify target candidates. You will maintain accurate and timely records, and play a key role in maintaining our applicant database and information systems. You will also conduct references, support the team in the creation of key search documents such as advertisements, position profiles, and proposals and contribute to the team’s pursuit of successful results for our clients.

If you are highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful and tech savvy this could be the job for you. Your post-secondary degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, previous research experience, and excellent written and verbal communications skills prepare you for this exciting opportunity.

Previous experience database management, and/or working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) would be considered an asset. This can be a great opportunity to begin your career in recruitment with KBRS.
