On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join their team of dedicated professionals in Bathurst, New Brunswick.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all activities in the service department, developing and maintaining its staff, and establishing strong working relationships with all dealership team members, the general public, and clients. This role will oversee all operations of the service department as well as handling individual customer inquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining existing and repeat customers, along with attracting and bringing in new customers, by ensuring the highest possible service levels of their department resulting in customer satisfaction.

As the ideal candidate, you are an energetic professional and leader with related service management experience in the automotive industry. You possess proven experience in similar roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Known for your ability to establish long lasting personal and professional relationships, you demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills. You have a solid understanding of service management and support an environment where your team is encouraged and motivated to perform their best. As part of the leadership team, you will participate collaboratively within the business to ensure achievement of business objectives coupled with exceptional customer experience and that long-term customer loyalty is achieved.
